Frequently Asked Questions

We have partnered with UPS to offer ground shipping to the contiguous US.  We do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO but are working to provide this service in the future.
 
Orders received before 12PM CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Standard Shipping 3-5 business days: $7.95
Standard Shipping on orders $50 or more is free.* 


Carrier services ship and deliver on standard business days, Monday–Friday.


*Free standard shipping on orders $50 or more (excluding taxes) is only available for physical addresses within the contiguous US. Free shipping is automatically applied when your cart subtotal reaches $50, after order discounts are applied. No coupon code required.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders are process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Our distribution center is closed and does not ship orders on Saturday-Sunday or the following US holidays:

Note

• Shipping and delivery times do not include process and handling times.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
• Shipping, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
• Betterware is not responsible for stolen packages, and is not liable to refund or replace the order.
• Betterware will not re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to receive the items that were undeliverable, please place a new order on our website with the correct delivery information.

Lost packages

We understand the disappointment of not receiving your order as expected. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@shopbetterware.com with your order number and any relevant details so that we can assist.

Damaged packages

We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In such instances, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order shipment details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into UPS.com.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Yes!

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with the exception of gift cards and items specified as "final sale." Please review our Returns Policy for more details and information.


For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support at hello@betterware.com. 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new or gently used condition. Please visit our Returns Policy for more details and information.

To return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@betterware.com and provide your name, order number, and which product(s) you wish to return.  Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.


Once we receive and validate your return, we will credit your original form of payment or issue merchandise credit.  Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be posted.

To cancel an order, please promptly contact our customer service team at hello@betterware.com with you order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.  

Please note: we are unable to guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted, as orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for shipment. 

Orders may only be canceled prior to being shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

Before placing your order, ensure all information, including shipping address and payment details, is correct. Betterware is not liable for any mistakes.
