Manual Payment Instructions

To submit your ACH payment instructions, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Gather Your Information

Before you begin, make sure you have the following information handy:

  • Your bank account number
  • The routing number of your bank
  • The name on the bank account
  • Tax ID number
  • Your physical address

Step 2: Download ACH and W-9 Forms

Log in to your back office using your username and password. Find the form located under the "Training & Resources" tab.

Step 3: Complete, Sign, and Submit Completed Form

Step 4: Verify Deposits

Commissions will be processed via ACH on a monthly basis, approximately one week after the close of the month.
